You don’t have to have super deep pockets to give your home a beautiful curb appeal. A custom exterior remodel can start with replacing the rain gutters or the soffit and fascia on your house. Here at Burbach Exteriors, we work hard to deliver on our word. We provide durable, quality products that last over time. We work in siding, stone, and brick, as well as stucco. Each of these materials is sure to give your home the facelift it deserves and bring out your style, while also increasing that appeal that gives it “the look” and preserves your asset.

Rain Gutter Replacement

Rain gutters serve multiple purposes. They protect the structure of your home from the elements—especially water and help prevent things like floods, leaks, water damage, etc. Additionally, they bring beauty and pledge protection to your house.

Soffit and Fascia

Like rain gutters, these also serve as protectors for your structure. They help keep our mildew and mold, but they also give your home a more detailed look and come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors.  This is a great way to update the exterior of your home.

Siding

We work in all kinds of siding. One of our favorite products is the James Hardie siding. It’s made up of 90% sand and cement and proves to be very durable over time. Because of how much we believe in this product, it also comes with a 30-year warranty. It promises not to warp, rot, or crack. Additionally, there are many different styles to create the look you want. Aside from the James Hardie brand, we work with Mastic Vinyl siding. This product provides a different look but still brings quality and durability to the table.  It too comes in various styles.

Stone and Brick

Here at Burbach, we offer brick or stone veneers. Many of our customers prefer a combination of materials when remodeling the outside of their homes. We install a variety of textures, shapes, and colors to help give life to this type of remodel. The possibilities are endless.

Stucco

Stucco’s popularity has grown here in Utah. People like its fire-resistance, as well as its energy efficiency. They like the low maintenance, as well as the possibility to paint it the color of their choice. The stucco available today is strong, durable, quality material, and sure to last through dry spells of heat, as well as cold, wet, wintery months.

We love to get involved with home remodels. Some of our favorite transformations have happened with simple changes that not only have improved the look of the house to be more cosmetically pleasing, but also helped increase the value and protect the bones of the structure itself. Call us today for a consultation, so that we can make your remodel dreams a reality.
